Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders placed through HimDroneGo and Himalayan Droneshala Grocery platforms.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Damaged or spoiled items received
• Incorrect products delivered
• Missing items in the order

All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof.

Non-Refundable Items

• Tobacco and cigarette products once delivered
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Requests raised after the allowed time window

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Payment Failure Disclaimer

If payment is deducted from your bank account but not received by us, it is considered a bank or payment gateway issue.

HimDroneGo and Himalayan Droneshala Grocery are not responsible for such failures.

Customers must contact their respective bank or payment provider. Transaction references may be shared for assistance.
